From Science to a Mother's Mission
For over 15 years, Prof. Flora worked at the intersection of molecular biology, biomedical research, and neuroscience — publishing research, teaching at university level, and designing rigorous scientific protocols. Her background spans three postdoctoral positions, university lectureships, and ongoing work as a research psychologist.
Then came motherhood. When her daughter was diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental condition, the challenge became deeply personal. She found herself on the other side of the consultation table — a mother seeking answers, navigating the gap between what the scientific literature promised and what daily life demanded.
Determined to find a better path, Prof. Flora began applying her neuroscience expertise directly with her own daughter — using neurofeedback protocols tailored to her specific brain map, tracking progress session by session, refining the approach based on real neurological response data.
"I didn't start MindLubella to treat patients. I started it because I wanted every child — starting with my own daughter — to have the chance to thrive."
